Will celebrated his birthday with a big party on Saturday. Grammy, Grampa and Grandma Mary Ann came, as well as neighbors and friends of all ages. Will had a blast both in and out of costume and he didn't have a single melt-down - OK, maybe a little one when we took his first ever piece of cake away from him. Who knew that he'd be a chocolate junky after just one bite? He seemed unfazed by the attention and he even liked everyone singing to him. THANK YOU to everyone who made his day a special one.
Right after his party, Mommy became Jane Goodall and Daddy became some jungle guy and we went trick or treating on our street. Our neighbors thought Will made made a funny little chimp and most even knew who Mommy was. Her wig freaked out Will, though, and he clung to Daddy up and down the street.
